If you are attending conferences this year, you probably have plans on swapping business cards with the many people that you meet. Networking at conferences usually equals a mass amount of business card exchanging. You don’t want to be caught fumbling for your cards each time you meet someone new.
I know I don’t, that’s why the Card Cubby will be accompanying me to SXSW, BlogHer and other conferences to come. The Card Cubby is a card organizer that fits right into your purse, briefcase or car console! Inside there is an alphabetized mini-card file for filing cards that you collect. The Card Cubby holds approximately 80 cards with the alphabetized mini-card file inside and over 150 without.
Since conferences tend to be fast paced, I figured I’d probably end up sticking cards all over the place. So I decided to toss the alphabetized mini-cards to use my Card Cubby strictly for storing my own business cards. This gives me more room for my cards and I don’t have to worry about accidentally mixing mine up with someone elses. I will designate a specific spot in my bag for other people’s cards, since I won’t be pulling them out until I return home. The alphabetized mini-card file is definitely a great feature for those who would like to use the Card Cubby as Rolodex type of thing, but not something I see myself using.
Besides using the Card Cubby to organize business cards, it can also be used to organize gift cards, folded coupons, discount cards, important contact information, even recipe cards. Want one? Use code CC209 to receive a 10% discount!
