Would you believe that there were people bum rushing for the free swag at BlogHer? Even “stealing” it. You literally had to be at the parties an hour early to get first dibs. Is it that serious? Hey, it’s a recession so I dunno. What sucked was that people who had RSVP’d for parties were left swagless. Luckily, some companies will be mailing out swag to those who went swagless during the parties. Very thoughtful. You all are probably thinking gee, she doesn’t need any more swag*, look at what’s in that stroller box! Yes, I did pretty darn good considering. Guess, I was in the right places at the right times.
I was so happy to have been passing out my own swag. Everyone that I gave swag bags to were very appreciative and that in itself and just meeting so many awesome women and men were really all the swag that I needed, but I appreciate all of the cool stuff that I got to bring back to my family.
* The ride on car wasn’t a swag score, it was provided by CSN Baby
.

I’d rather have that cutie playing with the swag.
But seriously I saw the bruises..
What a cutie you have there. I was so glad to get to meet you finally, you are an amazing and sweet person with such a great persona and did I mention beautiful! Hope to see you again soon
oh, the bags you gave your swag out in were too cute – great job…glad to hear you weren’t one of those “mob” bloggers that beat up people to get swag – what a shame people are that way.
Can you believe that? All that shoving for yet another USB drive.
My son loves the Mr. Potato Head, but weirdly, that was all I brought back for him. I guess I just wasn’t too grabby about stuff, or at least kids stuff.
It was so great to meet you. Naomi and I kept saying how cute you are, in a non-lesbian way, if you know what I mean.
Wow, sorry you had to put up with that. Reminds me of when we lived in Louisiana and the adults would literally trample the kids to get the plastic beads- and this was NOT New Orleans but Lafayette.
Mean, greedy people suck.
I still hope to go next year though, maybe you can put in a good word for me with your sponsors (this is a joke) but I did do a pretty funny PR pitch blog while y’all were getting beat up.
Stop by and say hi when you get a chance.
I’ve heard how moms were acting when it came to swag. Hopefully no one knocked you down. He is so adorable with!
Think of what you could have gotten if you put a little elbow into it!
j/k I think you made out well, did you get that ride on car? Awesome!
Looks like lil man is going to be having a blast with all that new stuff! LOL {until he realizes, like most children, that playing with the boxes the stuff came in is twice as fun as the actual toy LMBO} He’s so cute! Glad you had fun… hope to see you at Blogalicious!!!
Looks like you got some great goodies for Boogie! He is lovin’ his swag!!
I was the lucky one to get your last swag bag at Bowlher. You were passing them out as I was in line for my BowlHer swag bag. LOL
{Yeah..I was pushing shoving and clawing my way to them. ROTFL} It was a sad sad thing to see how some of the ppl acted wasn’t it? Throw out some free gifts and watch some woman turn into animals. But on the whole…everyone was polite and nice. Thank goodness.
Thanks for your thoughtfulness and your cute swag bags.
Hi Sheena,
I may be revealing my blogging ignorance, but since I am a virgin blogger, I am going to ask… What exactly is swag??? You talk about it so much I have to know!
