My Face Says I Want Twins?

twins

Yesterday we took Boogie to his followup appointment with the Dermatologist. I’m working on a separate post about Boogie’s Eczema, by the way. So during the visit, the doctor says that my face says I want twins.

TWINS!?

Twins on top of Boogie? Mommy Daddy Blog would be on an infinite hiatus!

Now of course I’m up for whatever happens, but I think I’d go out of my mind trying to manage a toddler, twin babies, and my online ventures. Sometimes I wish I could sporadically pop out kidlets left and right, but it is not that simple…we’ll see what 2010 holds.

EDIT: I’m not pregnant, sorry for the confusion, lol!

I would so love to have twins. Since they don’t run in my family and I don’t need to take fertility treatment to conceive, my chances are not very likely. Thankfully I have 2 lil ones less than a yr a part. They pretty much have the bond and closeness of twins. Babies are wonderful, and Boogie is adorable.

I wish someone had told me I looked like I was having twins so I wouldn’t have been as shocked when I did. I hope you have twins, they would be so stinkin’ cute!!

When I was younger, I always thought it’d be pretty neat to have twins, a boy & a girl, this way I wouldn’t have to go through having to be pregnant twice lol. Silly me. Now I couldn’t imagine having twins. I already have my boy and my girl. I know I couldn’t deal with having twins. Two babies crying at once?! Nope!

Twins and a toddler, that would be a handful.I have 2 kids and i couldn’t even imagine if my son now 14 months was a twin! Love the new look of the blog by the way. I would love to send you one of my maternity shirts from lalababyboutique.com if you would be interested in a review.

When I was a young girl, I too, dreamed of the idillyic fantasy of boy-girl twins. After having a toddler daughter, I ended up with my set of twins alright(identical boys) they were my parting gift from a miserable marriage. But the Lord was testing my strength and he delivered me a most profound blessing, a new husband and 2 more daughters to make our instant family of 5 kids. Oh the irony– as he has been a wonderful DH and Daddy 7 years today. My point is, when you think you won’t have the strength or the sanity, God’s miracles are insurmountable!

I love Tanya’s response and I stand by what Gramma always said:

I am pregnant and am pretty sure that my face wasn’t saying, “I want twins” when I got an ultrasound and found out that there’s only one in there. :P
