We are Craigslist.Org addicts. We’ve found and given some great deals on Craigslist.

Our latest find.

Kenmore Washer And Dryer
Saved 50% buying used.

Since moving in August, we’ve been doing our laundry at Greg’s mother’s. The last time we brought laundry over, we had NINE loads. Now she hides the laundry detergent from us! HA!

I’ve never been so excited to do laundry! Now I can cloth diaper again! We need a new plug or an adapter to plug in the dryer, so for now I’m washing and hanging clothes up – at least we have clean clothes. We’re also saving money not running the dryer! I may be on to something…

And because we can never do anything without disaster striking, we had a little incident where the hose blew off the back of the washer while draining. We ended up with a little kiddie pool in the laundry room. Maintenance took care of the mess for us and our downstairs neighbors. He even tightened the hose. I wasn’t the one who hooked up the washer, I’m just sayin’ ;-) . This is the same reason we chose an electric dryer over a gas dryer. Yea.

Special thanks to family and friends and the maintenance guy who made this possible! Expect a post dedicated to our Craigslist finds in the future because we love us some Craigslist!

Great deal!
You know you should be able to call Sears and buy a handle for a couple of dollars through their parts department.

Yay! It’s going to be so nice for you to have that at your place now!! Oh, so much easier!

Oh, Craig’s List is The Truth. Happy laundry… is that even remotely possible?!

Pretty cool deal. So glad everything got taken care of.

I can’t wait to get a line in our backyard to hang clothes!

Do you use a wooden dryer rack [clotheshorse]? I only dry my clothes for five to ten minutes in the dryer, and then hang them on the rack. It keeps your clothes from wear and tear, and helps keep the color. The bonus is no need to iron!

Oh, and don’t forget to mention the “free” stuff on Craigslist.
