Play-Doh has to be one of the best inventions EVER! Growing up, I could literally play with Play-Doh for hours! Molding all types of shapes in all shades of colors kept me busy all day long. I just loved creating stuff out of Play-Doh. I loved to make Play-Doh people, Play-Doh pancakes, and rolling the Play-Doh up in attempt to create the world’s longest Play-Doh snake! Heck, if there was some Play-Doh laying somewhere around the house, I’d be playing with it right now!
The Play-Doh Magic Swirl Ice Cream Shoppe is something I would’ve loved as a kid. It comes with everything a child needs to create his or her own ice cream parlor! With the Ice Cream Shoppe, you can create all types of treats, including ice cream (of course!), cookies, pretzels, and mini candies. The Ice Cream Shoppe has an ice cream “swirler”, where Play-Doh is placed inside, then swirled out into an ice cream cone; just like real ice cream swirlers! It also has a topping maker in which pretend whipped cream can be squeezed out on top of the ice cream, and a sprinkle maker which disperses sprinkles on top of the whipped cream. The Play-Doh Ice Cream Shoppe includes 4 three-ounce cans of Play-Doh, over 40 molds, and spoons, cups, and ice cream cones! The Play-Doh Ice Cream Shoppe has received the Best Toys of 2008 Award from Parents Magazine!
We’re giving away a Play-Doh Magic Swirl Ice Cream Shoppe! If your little one enjoys Play-Doh, and creating things with it like I did, then the Play-Doh Ice Cream Shoppe will make a perfect gift for him or her this year!

Yes, I actually do enjoy playing with play-do still!!!! I just love playing with my girls and neading it in my hands…I may be funny, but I still love the smell of the stuff. I’ve bought those cheap brands on a budget and let me tell you…there definitely is a difference.
We love creating food with it. I make the hot dogs and hot dog buns while the girls make the hamburgers, tomatoes, lettuce and what ever else we can think of.
What a wonderful giveaway…I would love to win this for my girls and I.

My girls love to play with their Home depot play dough set and pretend they are cutting wood. It even makes the saw sound!
Unfortunately, I do not have too many memories of playing with Playdoh growing up. I didn’t really think of it until my mom recently told me she hated the stuff! I would like to break the cycle and let my son play with Playdoh–this looks like a great toy to start with!
I always enjoyed making play food but my younger sister always tried to eat it!
I’m a subscriber, thanks.
Have a very blessed thanksgiving!

I loved the little pusher thing. It had all these stencil type things on it like mini stars, circles, wavy lines. You put the dough in the device and press down on it and it pushes the dough through like a meat grinder type thing. It made long spaghetti shapes. I also liked making playdough pizzas.
I used to mix up all the colors and they’d turn a really nasty brown and I’d get upset and want new dough. That’s the only downside of playdough.
I subscribe to your blog.
My son loves making bugs (caterpillars, ants, spiders, etc).
do not remeber it alot either growing up but loved playing with it alongside the kiddos- the barbie shop and the other stuff
I loved making the Farmer and the Dell out of playdough. It’s complicated to explain, but trust me, it was fun.
I always played with this stuff!! I made everything from “food” dishes to “toys.” Animals. Anything!

My daughter plays with playdough nearly every day! She likes to squish it and roll it around. my toddler recently discovered the joys of playdough as well!
My daughter loves making all sorts of things with playdoh. Bowls, play food, funny monsters. We play a game(in the car sometimes) with playdoh, where somebody(usually my DH) tells us what to make ( like a tree, house etc) and the two of us try our versions of it and DH gets to chose the winner. It is one of my most favorite games.
