Welcome to Mommy Daddy Blog! Here at Mommy Daddy Blog, we [Mommy (Sheena) and Daddy (Greg)] will keep you updated on our first pregnancy and our adventure through parenthood. We will also be reviewing tons of our favorite products! Don’t laugh at us, but we had this website registered since April 22nd!
Mommy is a Depo Provera victim who is experiencing a miracle. Mommy had been on the Depo Provera shot for 16 months before deciding to discontinue using the drug due to the horrible horror stories she curiously stumbled across on the web. Worried that she would have complications conceiving in the future, she began to research what she could do to detox her body. But before she even got around to the actual process of detoxing she found out that she was pregnant! She had been pregnant since August and didn’t even know it! How can you go so long without knowing that you’re pregnant? Mommy didn’t experience the blatant pregnancy symptoms and when she discontinued her Depo shots her mentral cycle went with it. It wasn’t until her stomach started chubbin’ up that she began to question if she was pregnant. Taking two pregnancy tests confirmed that Mommy was indeed pregnant! We, Mommy (Sheena) and Daddy (Greg), are junior high sweethearts who became first-time parents when our beautiful baby boy, Jayden, was born on 04/26/08! Here on Mommy Daddy Blog, we will chronicle our adventurous journey through our newfound parenthood!
